The scandal surrounding hip-hop mogul Diddy just took a wild twist, and this time, it’s linking him to one of the most infamous unsolved mysteries in music history — the murder of 2Pac.
In a bombshell lawsuit filed on Wednesday, February 26, an unnamed male accuser, identified only as John Doe, has alleged that Diddy once bragged about orchestrating the hit on 2Pac Shakur back in 1996. The claim comes as part of a broader lawsuit accusing the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual assault, drugging, and trafficking.
According to the lawsuit, the alleged victim — who claims to be a male escort — first met Diddy in 2012 through a Florida-based escort agency. The court documents state that during a hotel rendezvous in New York, the music mogul pressured him into engaging in sexual acts with a woman present at the meeting. Things allegedly took a darker turn when Diddy drugged the victim and later assaulted him in the bathroom.
But the most jaw-dropping part of the lawsuit came when Diddy allegedly threatened the accuser into silence by referencing 2Pac’s death.
“If I can get ’Pac hit, what the f**k do you think can happen to you?” Diddy allegedly said during the encounter.
The allegations have sparked a media frenzy, with fans and conspiracy theorists revisiting old rumors about Diddy’s potential involvement in the West Coast legend’s murder.
However, Diddy’s legal team has denied the claims, calling the lawsuit baseless and questioning the accuser’s decision to remain anonymous.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone,” Diddy’s attorney told TMZ.
As the disgraced music mogul remains behind bars at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Centerawaiting trial, federal authorities are reportedly building more cases against him — with new charges expected to surface before his trial begins in May 2025.
With the case gaining momentum, many are now wondering if the truth behind 2Pac’s murder might finally come to light — or if this is just another shocking claim in Diddy’s growing list of legal troubles.
