As he gears up for a packed summer of performances, pop icon Robbie Williams has assured fans that his long-awaited return to the North East will be nothing short of spectacular.
The former Take That star, 51, is set to headline the Come Together Festival at Town Moor on June 4, marking his first performance in the region since 2014. Addressing his Newcastle fans, Robbie apologized for the long wait and vowed to deliver an unforgettable night.
“Newcastle, it’s been a while. I’m sorry. It has been ten years since my last North East game. But on June 4th, I’ll be headlining the all-new Come Together Festival. And let me tell you, there’s going to be a lot of parties! So, let’s make it a night to remember.”
The festival will also feature Kaiser Chiefs, Perrie Edwards of Little Mix, Andrew Cushin, and The Lottery Winners, promising an electrifying lineup for concertgoers.
A Family of Stars
While Robbie is preparing to take the stage, his 12-year-old daughter, Theodora (Teddy), is stepping into the Hollywood spotlight. She has been spotted filming “Tinsel Town,” a new Christmas movie featuring Rebel Wilson. According to reports, Teddy has expressed a strong desire to pursue acting, following in the footsteps of her famous parents.
“Teddy was born to be a star – after all, her parents are both the ultimate performers,” a source told The Sun.
Robbie and his wife Ayda Field, who tied the knot in 2010, share four children: Teddy, Colette, Charlton, and Beau.
Could Robbie & Ayda Join Reality TV?
There’s also been ongoing speculation about Robbie and Ayda joining “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Show producer Andy Cohen revealed that Ayda has been approached five years in a row, but she’s yet to commit.
When asked about the possibility, Robbie enthusiastically encouraged his wife to do it, chanting: “Do it, do it, do it!” However, Ayda jokingly responded, “It’s a lot of pressure! You’ve gotta get him on board, you’ve got to get the monkey on board.”
Andy quipped that Robbie would likely steal the spotlight, to which the singer admitted: “I would.”Ayda laughed, calling him “the ultimate house husband of Beverly Hills.”
With music, movies, and reality TV offers on the table, the Williams family is certainly making big moves in 2024!
