Elon Musk has fired back amid a highly publicized custody battle with Ashley St Clair, the 26-year-old conservative influencer who recently revealed she gave birth to his 13th child in September 2024.
The legal dispute escalated after text messages surfaced, suggesting that St Clair may have deliberately planned to conceive Musk’s child. In response, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO has pushed back, with leaked messages portraying St Clair as someone who pursued him for financial and social leverage.
Musk’s Alleged Texts & ‘Baby-Trapping’ Claims
Court filings include a text from Musk telling St Clair, “I want to knock you up again,” alongside another message where he reportedly said, “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”
However, MAGA influencer Isabella Moody shared additional messages allegedly from St Clair, dating back to May 2023, in which she expressed her desire to seduce Musk and have his child. Screenshots reportedly show St Clair saying, “Elon followed me. I need his rocket babies,” and even asking for caption ideas to attract his attention.
Moody accused St Clair of using her child as “leverage and emotional blackmail” to gain control over Musk, calling her a “promiscuous gold digger.” Musk responded to the bombshell allegations with a simple “Woah!”
Ashley St Clair Seeks Full Custody, Demands DNA Test
St Clair has officially filed for full custody, demanding that Musk take a paternity test. She claims Musk has had minimal involvement in their child’s life, alleging he has only met the baby three times—twice in New York (for three hours total) and once in Texas (for 30 minutes).
Her legal team argues that St Clair has been the child’s sole caregiver and decision-maker, while Musk has shown little parental responsibility. The case continues to unfold as both parties battle over custody and paternity rights.
