Timini Egbuson has made it clear—he doesn’t chase, he attracts.

In a recent interview with YouTuber Korty EO, the Nollywood star explained why he avoids chasing women, emphasizing that the process often leads men to compromise their values or say things they don’t truly mean. Instead, he chooses to stand firm in his self-worth, believing that attraction should come naturally.

“I don’t lead girls on, and I don’t chase. It’s in the process of chasing that guys are moved to do things that are not sincere or say things that are not true. For me, I just dey like, I know my worth,” he said.

But that’s not all—Timini also shared his frustrations about modern relationships. Despite his success, he admits that loneliness creeps in at times. He’s grown tired of temporary connections, where people come and go without any real commitment.

According to him, social media plays a huge role in this issue. Many relationships, he believes, end prematurely due to misinformation and unrealistic expectations people pick up online.

“Maybe your man is treating you right, then you go on TikTok and you see something like, ‘Seven Signs He Is Not Your Man.’ If it resonates with your reality a bit, you dump your relationship,” he said.

Timini’s perspective has sparked a debate online—some agree that social media has made people too quick to leave relationships, while others argue that it simply opens their eyes to red flags. Either way, one thing is clear: Timini is standing firm on his “I know my worth” mindset.
