Nigerian storyteller and voice artist Femi Olugbade (@FemiBakes) has etched his name in history by becoming one of the few Africans to win the renowned Voice Arts Award. At the 11th annual ceremony held in Beverly Hills, California, Femi was honored in the “Outstanding Commercial – Radio, Streaming, or Web” category for Best African Voiceover.
This landmark achievement underscores Femi’s dedication to “Baking Stories to Perfection,” as he continues to elevate African narratives on the global stage.
In addition to his individual success, Femi’s expertise as a voice director and audio producer earned him recognition for collaborative projects. Notable highlights include his work on Oma Mildred Chiegboka’s narration (Outstanding Narration—TV or Film) and Deborah Johnson’s storytelling(Outstanding Spoken Word or Storytelling), both of which further affirm his mastery in the art of storytelling.
