The Mummy franchise is back from the crypt, with director Lee Cronin—known for the spine-chilling Evil Dead Rise—set to write and direct a fresh take on the legendary monster movie. Scheduled to hit theaters on April 17, 2026, the film will be released under New Line Cinema, with horror powerhouses Blumhouse and Atomic Monster producing.
