Taylor Frankie Paul’s parenting time has been reduced after she allegedly failed multiple court-ordered drug tests amid custody disputes with ex-husband Tate Paul and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen. Sources familiar with the case say Taylor allegedly failed multiple tests in the last 60 days, prompting the court to limit her to 8 hours of parenting time each week, four with her two kids with Tate, and four with her child with Dakota.

Sources close to Taylor said that a strict gag order is in place, and they view any leaked information as a continuation of the harassment and intimidation she has experienced throughout the custody battle.
The reduction comes months after a judge expanded Taylor’s parenting schedule to one weekday and alternating weekends, all unsupervised, with Dakota remaining primary custodial parent of their 2-year-old son, Ever. In June, Tate sought sole legal and physical custody of their children, Indy, 9, and Ocean, 6, citing Taylor’s involvement in a 2023 confrontation with Dakota in which video showed her throwing metal barstools, one of which struck Indy. Taylor pleaded guilty in abeyance to aggravated assault and received three years of probation. The news follows Mikayla Matthews’ exit from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, citing her own experiences with abuse and calling continued filming “unethical”.
