A legal battle between a Real Housewives of New York star and her former management team has reached a costly conclusion. Erin Lichy has been ordered to pay more than $90,000 to Brigade Talent LLC following an arbitration ruling, with the company now taking steps to ensure they collect the full amount.
Brigade Talent LLC filed documents on Thursday to confirm an arbitration award against the RHONY cast member. The company claims they won their case against Lichy after she terminated their agreement in 2024, following 17 months of representation. The dispute centers on unpaid commissions that Brigade maintains they are legally owed.
The arbitration decision requires Lichy to hand over $91,632.28 to her former management company. Brigade Talent states that Lichy was made aware of the final award on February 24, and they are now asking a judge to confirm it while granting additional interest until the full amount is paid.
The company’s legal filing represents a formal step to transform the arbitration ruling into a court judgment, which would provide stronger enforcement mechanisms should Lichy fail to pay.
Sources close to the reality star strongly disagree with the arbitration outcome. The central dispute appears to be over which deals should trigger commission payments. Lichy’s team argues the manager shouldn’t be compensated for deals he had no involvement in during their business relationship, and certainly not for agreements made after Lichy fired the company.
This type of dispute is common in entertainment industry representation cases, where the definition of what constitutes a “procured” deal can become highly contested after a split.
Erin Lichy joined The Real Housewives of New York ahead of Season 14 as part of the franchise’s massive reboot. She has remained a main cast member through her two seasons on the show, becoming a familiar face to Bravo audiences.
Beyond reality television, Lichy is a real estate agent and founder of home design company H. LICHY group. Her multifaceted career has made her one of the more business-focused members of the current RHONY cast.
With Brigade Talent now seeking court confirmation of the arbitration award, the legal process moves into its next phase. If the judge grants the confirmation, Lichy will face a formal court judgment that could include wage garnishment or asset liens if she fails to pay voluntarily.
Neither Lichy nor her representatives have publicly commented on the ruling. Brigade Talent appears determined to collect every dollar of the $91,632.28 award, plus accumulating interest.
For RHONY fans, the story adds another layer to Lichy’s off-screen life, one that involves legal battles, business disputes, and the complicated math of Hollywood representation.
