Michael Franti is no longer a client at Activist Artist Management following sexual misconduct allegations made by singer Victoria Canal, who accused him of sexual abuse in social media posts last week.
The pop-reggae artist, who had been with Activist for nearly a decade, separated from the firm after Canal claimed he groomed her when she was 19.
Franti has denied the allegations but admitted to having an affair with Canal. The scandal has already resulted in canceled shows and marks a significant career setback for the Bay Area musician.
