It looks like Season 6 of The Kardashians is about to serve up a heavy dose of nostalgia—and drama. The official trailer for the hit Hulu show dropped on Jan. 17, teasing plenty of twists, including an emotional reunion between Khloé Kardashian and her ex-husband, Lamar Odom.
Khloé and Lamar’s whirlwind romance captivated fans when they tied the knot in 2009, only to see it unravel four years later when Khloé filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. But in the newly released clip, the former flames come face-to-face once again, leaving viewers buzzing with questions.
“I honestly think timing is everything,” Khloé says in a confessional before hinting at the reunion to Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. “You guys are never going to guess who I met up with.” Moments later, Odom is seen stepping into her home, roses in hand.
The heartfelt moment even moves Kris Jenner to tears as she reflects on their past, calling Odom “the love of her life.” But Khloé remains cautious, cryptically admitting, “I don’t know this person anymore.”
Their relationship had its share of highs and heartbreaking lows. Despite signing divorce papers in 2013, the process wasn’t finalized until 2016 due to Lamar’s near-fatal overdose in 2015. During his recovery, Khloé stayed by his side, showing her unwavering support.
Since their official split, Khloé has had a rocky on-and-off relationship with NBA player Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares two children, True, 6, and Tatum, 2. Meanwhile, Odom has admitted in recent interviews that while he and Khloé aren’t as close as they once were, they still communicate occasionally.
“I can text her, and she’ll reply,” Odom shared in November 2024, adding that Khloé “still cares about me.”
As fans eagerly await the new season, premiering Feb. 6, one question remains: Could this reunion lead to a fresh start or simply closure for the once-beloved couple? One thing’s for sure—Season 6 promises to be a rollercoaster ride.
