J. Cole officially launched The Fall-Off World Tour with two sold-out concerts at Charlotte’s Spectrum Center on July 10 and 11, marking a triumphant return to his home state of North Carolina. The shows, which sold out during the presale period, kicked off what has been billed as the rapper’s first full-scale world tour in nearly a decade and his first solo headlining trek since 2021.
The Charlotte crowd was treated to an extensive 32-song setlist that balanced new material from The Fall-Off, Cole’s seventh studio album released in February 2026, with fan favorites spanning his entire career. The performance opened with “39 Intro” before diving into album highlights like “Two Six,” “SAFETY,” and “Poor Thang,” then transitioned into classics including “A Tale of 2 Citiez,” “Fire Squad,” and “No Role Modelz”. Cole also reached back to his mixtape days with performances of “2Face” from 2010’s Friday Night Lights and “In the Morning” from 2009’s The Warm Up.
The production marked one of Cole’s biggest tours to date, with the rapper even briefly performing from the crowd during the opening night. The album itself debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 280,000 equivalent units in its first week, and its rollout included a grassroots “Trunk Sale” tour where Cole sold CDs out of his old Honda Civic.
After the two-night Charlotte run, the tour continues across North America before expanding to Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa through December 2026. The extensive itinerary makes it his first true global outing since the 4 Your Eyez Only Tour in 2017, with more than 50 shows across four continents.
