A new lawsuit accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting a then-minor under the guise of advancing his acting career. The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, was a working former child actor when he met Combs at a Hollywood Hills party in 2007.
Court documents obtained by a news outlet show the alleged victim was invited to a networking event. Combs allegedly requested a private conversation to discuss career opportunities. What followed, the lawsuit claims, changed the course of the young actor’s life.
Once the two were alone, the situation took a disturbing turn. According to the filing, Combs began touching the minor’s body, escalating the contact before allegedly performing oral sex on the plaintiff while also pleasuring himself. The man claims he verbally expressed discomfort before the act occurred.
After the alleged assault concluded, Combs reportedly told the young actor he would “keep him in mind” for future opportunities. The man says he left the party shortly after, reeling from shock. The lawsuit names Combs and several agents, arguing those agents had a duty to protect attendees from foreseeable dangers.
A representative for Combs has issued a strong denial. “The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous,” the statement reads, labeling the accuser a “hater” jumping on a “money gravy train.” The rep maintains that Combs “has never sexually assaulted anyone, and that includes any child.”
This case adds to the mounting legal pressure on the music mogul. Combs is currently serving a federal prison sentence following a conviction on prostitution-related charges. Los Angeles prosecutors have also confirmed they are reviewing separate sexual assault allegations against Combs involving a male victim . The rapper has consistently denied all claims of sexual abuse across multiple lawsuits and investigations.
The plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages for an incident he claims robbed him of his security and trust in the industry. As the civil case moves forward, it represents yet another chapter in the ongoing legal battles facing the hip-hop icon. Combs’ legal team remains confident that the evidence will disprove the allegations, while the accuser looks to the courts for validation and accountability.
