Brock Davies has issued a heartfelt public apology to his wife Scheana Shay after she revealed in her newly released memoir, My Good Side, that he cheated on her while she was pregnant with their daughter, Summer Moon, back in 2020.
In the emotional excerpt, Scheana, 40, opened up about the betrayal during one of the most vulnerable moments in her life. Following the bombshell revelation, Brock, 34, has now responded with a letter he posted on Instagram, where he called the affair a “failure of character” and a “choice I regret deeply.”
“I know it’s taken me time to speak, and that was intentional. I wanted to give Scheana the space to share her story,” he wrote in the caption.
“But the life we’ve chosen is a public one, which means my accountability must be public as well.”
Brock went on to explain that for the past two years, they’ve been working privately to heal the wounds and rebuild their relationship.
“You have seen me as a husband and a father, and that work will never stop,” he added.
“This moment is about publicly owning and taking accountability for my failures. Just to be clear, I am not going anywhere. I will continue to put the effort and time into being the best version of myself and the man our family deserves.”
