A waterfront mansion that once belonged to Antonio Brown hit the open market on March 18. By March 28, it was already under contract. Real estate sources confirm multiple offers came in on the Odessa, Florida property, but one buyer moved fast with a full-price cash offer.

The sale marks the latest chapter in the former NFL star’s ongoing financial and legal battles.

The 13,000-square-foot estate sits on over four acres along Lake Keystone. It features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, but the amenities go far beyond the basics. Climate-controlled garages accommodate up to 11 vehicles. The chef’s kitchen comes equipped with a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigeration, twin dishwashers, and a built-in Miele coffee system.

The listing describes soaring ceilings, a dramatic winding staircase, and a two-story wall of clerestory windows that frame sweeping lake views. Outside, a pool and spa overlook the water, with a private dock offering immediate access for boating and skiing. More than 2,000 square feet of unfinished space remains for customization.

Brown originally purchased the property in 2021 during his final NFL season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He earned more than $80 million over his 12-year career, but financial troubles mounted after his playing days ended.

In May 2024, he filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, listing nearly $3 million in debt to eight creditors. The case converted to Chapter 7 in July 2025, triggering a liquidation of assets. A settlement agreement filed in December 2025 required Brown to hand over the mansion to repay what he owed.

The home sale comes as Brown faces a second-degree attempted murder charge in Miami stemming from a May 2025 shooting outside a boxing event. He has pleaded not guilty and remains out on bond with GPS monitoring. A conviction could carry up to 30 years in prison.

For now, the Odessa estate is moving toward new ownership. The quick sale suggests the market has no hesitation about the home’s history.
