Anthony Edwards Baby Mamas Court Battle Takes Surprising Turn

Two of Anthony Edwards’ baby mamas are now on the same side of the courtroom. The Anthony Edwards baby mamas court battle took an unexpected turn when Ayesha Howard submitted a declaration from Alexandria Desroches to support her ongoing child support case against the Timberwolves star.

The Ayesha Howard Alexandria Desroches declaration claims that Edwards has been paying Desroches voluntary monthly child support via wire transfers from a bank account held at a Beverly Hills branch. Howard argues this proves Edwards has meaningful ties to California, directly contradicting his legal position.

Howard, who has a daughter named Aubri born in 2024, wants a Los Angeles County judge to set child support. Edwards has repeatedly argued that the matter belongs in Georgia, where he maintains his primary residence and where his legal team says jurisdiction is proper.

Desroches, who has a son named Amir with Edwards, is not a formal party to Howard’s case but provided the declaration voluntarily. Her cooperation marks a rare instance of two mothers of an athlete’s children aligning against him in court.

Edwards’ legal team has asked the court to seal the case and restrict Howard from filing what they call endless motions. His lawyer stated he has never encountered a litigant who has “so flagrantly and repeatedly abused the judicial process,” describing Howard’s actions as “a campaign of harassment, obstruction and extortion that has made a mockery of the court systems in two states.”

A California judge previously ruled the court lacked jurisdiction over Edwards. A Georgia judge ordered Howard to pay Edwards’ legal fees. Howard continues fighting both decisions.

No new hearing date has been set.
