Activist and social media personality VeryDarkMan recently shared an inspiring story on Instagram, detailing his unexpected encounter with Nigerian footballer Victor Boniface.
According to the activist, he initially noticed a message from Boniface in his inbox and assumed the footballer might need help with an issue like blackmail. However, the conversation took a surprising turn when VeryDarkMan discovered that Boniface, who hails from Edo State (just like him), reached out for a different reason entirely.
Boniface generously gifted the activist over N5 million, humorously suggesting he use some of it to buy recharge cards and stay connected online. In an act of gratitude and generosity, VeryDarkMan announced plans to share N2 million of the money with his fans. He promised to give N200,000 each to 10 lucky fans, bringing smiles to many followers eager for the chance.
The gesture comes not long after VeryDarkMan stirred conversations online with allegations that his NGO account had been hacked, losing N180 million in the process.
