Months after the tragic passing of music producer Tay Keith, official findings from medical authorities have finally been released to the public.
According to an official report from the Nashville Medical Examiner’s Office, Keith’s cause of death has been ruled as the toxic effects of multiple substances.
Substances Involved: Toxicology reports revealed the presence of ketamine and mitragynine a chemical compound found in kratom alongside nicotine and alcohol. The examiner also noted that he had mild coronary artery disease.
The Tragic Discovery: The 29-year-old producer was found unresponsive in his Nashville apartment during a welfare check back in June.
