Meanwhile, the judge issued a stern warning to Combs after he was seen nodding toward the jury during testimony from Bryana Bongolan. Bongolan claims that in 2016, Combs dangled her over a balcony railing. The judge cautioned that continued attempts to engage the jury could result in Combs being removed from the courtroom.
Combs is currently facing serious federal charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He has pleaded not guilty. If found guilty on all counts, Combs could face a life sentence.
