The “Honmoon” energy is about to become a real-world reality. On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, during its annual Upfront presentation in New York City, Netflix officially announced a partnership with AEG Presents to launch the KPop Demon Hunters Global Concert Tour. The move transforms the streamer’s most-watched film of all time into a live, immersive arena experience designed to bring the world of the fictional girl group HUNTR/X to fans across the globe.

Since its debut in June 2025, KPop Demon Hunters has become a cultural juggernaut, surpassing 500 million views and securing its place as Netflix’s most popular English-language movie. The film recently made history at the 2026 Academy Awards, taking home Oscars for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for the chart-topping anthem “Golden.”

The upcoming world tour aims to recreate the high-stakes, magical concert sequences from the film. While the animated trio—Rumi, Mira, and Zoey—use their voices to seal demon portals on screen, the live tour will feature a “spectacular live experience” utilizing the latest in stage technology to mimic the film’s “urban fantasy” aesthetic.

While fans are eager to secure their spots, Netflix has confirmed that specific cities, dates, and KPop Demon Hunters World Tour ticket info will not be released until the second half of 2026. However, an official waitlist has been launched at kpopdemonhunterslive.com, allowing fans to sign up for early access to city announcements and general on-sale details.

The partnership with AEG Presents—the powerhouse behind world tours for Blackpink, Taylor Swift, and Sabrina Carpenter—ensures that the production will be of the highest caliber. “Nothing has captured the world’s attention quite like KPop Demon Hunters,” said Amy Reinhard, Netflix’s President of Advertising. “This tour is about bringing fans closer to the characters and the music they love.”

The concert tour is just the latest expansion for the franchise. Earlier this year, Netflix confirmed that a sequel to the film is in development with original directors Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans, targeting a 2029 release.

In addition to the tour, the brand is expanding into retail with official costumes from Disguise, Inc. arriving for Halloween 2026 and a wide array of themed merchandise available on the Netflix Shop. As “Golden” continues to dominate airwaves following its Grammy win for Best Song Written for Visual Media, the HUNTR/X phenomenon shows no signs of slowing down.
