It’s never too early to prep for your draft. Our Fantasy Football Sleepers 2025 roundtable brings you underrated players at every position who could win you your league. Forget the obvious stars—these are the hidden gems.
Quarterback Sleepers
J.J. McCarthy (Vikings) – With Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison at his disposal, McCarthy has huge upside in Kevin O’Connell’s offense. Desmond Ridder (Steelers) – A new system and upgraded weapons could make him a late-round steal.
Running Back Sleepers
Tyjae Spears (Titans) – With Derrick Henry gone, Spears could be the new RB1 in Tennessee. Zamir White (Raiders) – Showed flashes last season, and his workload should only increase.
Wide Receiver Sleepers
Josh Downs (Colts) – Anthony Richardson’s favorite short-yardage target could see a big volume boost. Khalil Shakir (Bills) – With Diggs gone, Shakir has a chance to be Buffalo’s breakout WR.
Tight End Sleepers
Luke Musgrave (Packers) – Athletic, reliable, and playing in an ascending Green Bay offense. Cade Otton (Buccaneers) – Chemistry with Baker Mayfield makes him a red-zone sleeper.
Defense/Special Teams Sleepers
Chicago Bears D/ST – With Montez Sweat and a rebuilt secondary, Chicago could be a sneaky top-10 defense. New York Jets D/ST – Still underrated despite having elite pass rushers and Sauce Gardner.
