Kroy Biermann Jr.’s Accuser Says She’s Living in Fear as Judge Weighs Bond

The teenage girl accusing Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr. of sexual assault told a Georgia courtroom Friday that she is being threatened and living in constant fear. Speaking at KJ’s bond hearing, the alleged victim said she has been scapegoated since coming forward, lost friends, and received threats from mutual acquaintances who warned that if KJ is released, he will come after her. She asked the judge to consider her safety when deciding whether to grant bail, saying she should be worrying about school instead of this.

The hearing took a dramatic turn when prosecutors revealed that investigators had previously found videos on KJ’s phone allegedly depicting penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12. Prosecutors said there were “multiple encounters” on video and that KJ used “predatory, derogatory” language toward the victim. They also disclosed that KJ had been charged with sexual battery of a victim under 16 in a juvenile case that had not been made public, and had been under court supervision for that charge since October 2025.

KJ, 15, has been jailed since his August arrest on seven felony counts, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, and false imprisonment, stemming from an April incident in a gym sauna. His attorney requested a $65,000 bond with Kim Zolciak monitoring him at home, but the judge said she will decide by Monday. Zolciak, who attended the hearing with daughter Brielle Biermann, has publicly denied the allegations, stating that KJ passed a polygraph and that no DNA was found.
