Former Atlanta radio host Darian “Big Tigger” Morgan will not face prosecution over allegations that he pushed his wife head-first into a door. Court documents confirmed that the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute the case.
The charges stemmed from a May 2026 incident at his Sandy Springs home. According to arrest warrants, Morgan and his wife, Alicia Brown, were arguing over text messages from a female co-worker. During the altercation, he was accused of using force to move Brown, causing her to stumble head-first into an office door, leaving a deep laceration above her eye that required stitches.
Morgan was arrested on June 20 on charges of aggravated battery and third-degree cruelty to children, as their 13-year-old son was in the home at the time. He denied the allegations, posting on Instagram that he “unequivocally” denied “every allegation.” Following his arrest, he stepped away from The Big Tigger Morning Show on V-103 to focus on his family and legal matters.
While Big Tigger was cleared, Brown found herself in legal trouble. She was arrested on July 6 on Interstate 85 in Hart County, Georgia, on kidnapping and custodial interference warrants from Baltimore, Maryland, related to a missing persons case from 2019. Two children were safely recovered from her vehicle. Brown is now suing the Fulton County Sheriff, alleging the warrant was erroneous and her arrest violated her rights.
