Future’s ‘The Real Me’ Drops in 2 Days with 22 Tracks

 Future’s highly anticipated tenth studio album, “The Real Me,” is officially two days away from release. The Atlanta rap icon will drop the project on July 10 via Freebandz and Epic Records, featuring a massive 22-track offering that marks his first solo album since 2022’s “I Never Liked You.” The project arrives after a prolific run that included two collaborative albums with Metro Boomin and the solo mixtape “Mixtape Pluto,” all of which debuted at No. 1.

The lead single “Radio” has already given fans a glimpse into the album’s more personal direction. Described as one of Future’s most introspective efforts to date, the track finds the Grammy-winning artist reflecting on his career and success, with the chorus emphasizing “this not for the radio”. The song, produced by Wheezy, Taurus, and Dez Wright, will appear as the 11th track on the album’s extensive tracklist.

“The Real Me” comes after a busy two-year stretch for the 42-year-old rapper. In addition to his chart-topping 2024 releases, Future reunited with Drake on the latter’s “Iceman” song “Ran To Atlanta,” squashing rumors of a rift between the longtime collaborators. He also performed the FIFA World Cup 2026 anthem “Game Time” with Tyla at SoFi Stadium in June.

 The album’s rollout began when Future let fans choose the title in a January social media post, followed by Spotify billboard teasers in June. With 22 tracks and a deeply personal theme, “The Real Me” arrives July 10 as one of the year’s most anticipated hip-hop releases.
