A particularly alarming incident from September 2024 has become central to the request for renewal. Kardashian claims Costanza unlawfully entered a house he falsely asserted he had purchased with her. He then posted online messages directed at her, writing inflammatory comments about her family and demanding she come to the property. Authorities arrested Costanza two days later on charges of stalking, burglary, and possession of methamphetamine.
