Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo are officially divorced, and she’s not walking away quietly. Less than a day after the split was finalized, Jasmine’s team released a statement detailing the settlement and addressing years of public scrutiny.
Jasmine’s statement reveals she faced “intense public scrutiny and repeated accusations regarding her motives, her immigration status, and her character” throughout their relationship. Fans of 90 Day Fiancé witnessed the volatile dynamics firsthand, including an incident where Gino sent naked photos of Jasmine to his ex, an act Jasmine claims caused her to lose a teaching job in her home country of Panama.
The couple tied the knot in June 2023. Desperate to salvage the relationship, they agreed to open their marriage on 90 Day: The Last Resort. It backfired spectacularly. Gino later admitted, “Overall, after all this was done, I regret agreeing to open marriage”. Jasmine began seeing Matt Branistareanu and welcomed a daughter, Matilda, in March 2025. Gino ultimately filed for divorce in Michigan in July 2025, listing their separation date as April 22, 2024. Jasmine counterfiled in Florida a month later.
