Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer Natalie Fuller and her estranged husband, television mogul Simon Fuller, are officially unloading their luxury real estate portfolio in the South of France. The couple, who share an estimated combined net worth of around $600 million, have agreed to list two properties near the French Riviera as part of their ongoing divorce proceedings. The Natalie Fuller divorce has now entered a new phase, with the couple making significant moves to divide their international assets.

The sale proceeds will be placed into an escrow account that cannot be touched unless both parties agree or a court orders otherwise. This arrangement extends beyond just the French homes. The former couple also agreed that any money generated from selling artwork or personal property from their residences in both France and the UK will go into a joint account and remain frozen until a final settlement is reached.

Simon Fuller, who made his fortune as the creator of American Idol and the former manager of the Spice Girls, married Natalie in May 2008. They share three children together, but the marriage reached its breaking point in May 2025 when Natalie filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

As part of her initial filing, Natalie requested joint legal custody of their children and spousal support. Simon, in response, agreed on the custody front but pushed back against her request for financial support, asking the court to deny her spousal payments. Their ongoing divorce has drawn considerable attention, partly because of the sheer scale of their wealth, which includes multiple homes in Beverly Hills, London, and now the French Riviera.

The decision to offload the French homes is a practical step in what appears to be a complex and high-stakes division of assets. While the couple had already sold a Beverly Hills mansion for $14.6 million and a Bel-Air estate for $28 million, the French properties represent another major piece of the puzzle. The French Riviera properties are being sold to ensure that the value is preserved while the legal battle over the final division of their fortune continues. The case remains ongoing, and the sale of these assets is a clear signal that the couple is preparing for a complete financial separation. Natalie, meanwhile, has been navigating this very public split while making her mark on RHOBH Season 15.
