Reality TV star Whitney Leavitt and her husband Conner have marked a decade of marriage with a playful vow renewal ceremony in Las Vegas. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star shared the news with fans via a social media video on Friday, documenting their impromptu trip to the iconic Little White Wedding Chapel.
The video, captioned “I’ll marry you over and over again,” captured the couple’s joyful energy. It opens with Whitney proposing the idea with on-screen text reading, “Since we’re in Vegas…we should get married.” Conner playfully points to his ring, reminding her they’re already wed, before Whitney insists, “I want to marry you again,” and the pair are seen jumping in celebration outside the chapel.
Whitney, 33, and Conner first met in 2015 on a double date arranged for their respective friends. When their pals bailed, Whitney and Conner went rafting on the Provo River and “hit it off immediately”. A year later, they married in a Mormon temple in Provo, Utah, with Conner, then 22, noting that the day felt more for their families than for themselves.
The couple, who share three children, Sedona, 6, Liam, 4, and Billy Gene, 1, have been open about their relationship challenges. Conner has spoken publicly about his past struggles with pornography addiction, which came to light in 2022 and prompted the couple to leave Utah to recommit to their marriage.
For their tenth anniversary, the couple wanted something different. Earlier this year, Conner told Brides that their original wedding day felt like it was for their families, and they wanted the renewal to be “something to make it ours”. Their plans originally included a chateau in Italy with close family, but the Las Vegas ceremony offered a spontaneous celebration.
The renewal comes shortly after Whitney announced her decision to step away from the Hulu reality series that made her famous. Conner joined in the celebration on social media, writing, “A marriage so nice I want to say ‘I do’ twice”.
