Born and raised in Los Angeles, Muldoon launched his acting career while still in college. He landed the role of Matt on the 1990 sitcom “Who’s the Boss?” followed by a recurring role as Jeffrey Hunter on “Saved by the Bell”.
But his breakthrough came when he played Austin Reed on “Days of Our Lives” from 1992 to 1995, returning for another run from 2011 to 2012 . He also portrayed Richard Hart on “Melrose Place” for several seasons, becoming a household name for primetime soap fans .
