The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has officially withdrawn the arrest warrant issued against Ezekiel Thankgod, manager of renowned gospel musician Mercy Chinwo.
The bench warrant, issued last week by Justice Alexander Owoeye, followed an ex parte order filed by the EFCC. However, the commission’s lawyer, Bilikisu Buhari, requested the withdrawal of the warrant on Friday.
